It is this high efficiency and economy that has allowed the Jetmaster 18f to be DEFRA approved allowing the woodstove to be fitted into homes that are built within smokeless zones.

All 18f wood stoves have the option of taking combustion air from a direct external air source. This means that not only will your home benefit from the heat transmitted into the room from the wood stove, but also from the fact that you will not be drawing cold combustion air into the room from the outside, reducing the ambient air temperature in the room.

A common constraint in modern homes when fitting wood burning appliances is the distance you can fit the appliance from combustible materials. The Jetmaster 18f can be fitted with a heat shield allowing the rear of the wood stove to be fitted 250mm from a combustible surface.
